What time are the sessions?

There are 3 sessions included with your registration; those sessions are Friday at 7pm, Saturday at 10am, and Saturday at 7pm.

There is one optional session Saturday afternoon for an additional cost that can be made in person.

are rooms available to book at the on site resort?

Will parking be available on site?

Yes! There is parking on site and there is no additional fee for registered conference attendees. It is recommended that you carpool if possible.

Are there vendor spots available?

There are very limited vendor spots available. If you are interested in being a vendor set up in the lobby of this event, please Contact Us via the contact section on the “About” page.

Are Children allowed at the conference?

Jesus said, “let the children come to me.” Heart Con stands by what Jesus said. Children ages 15 and under are free. Please note, childcare IS NOT provided. Your children are welcome to join you in the conference sessions.
